Mercenaries in Bannerlord One of the man things I was hoping to see improved from Warband was the way you serve as a mercenary for factions. For instance, better pay, an actual contracting/bidding system to hire out your company, etc. Would you say that the mercenary experience in Bannerlord is better? Before you get to the point where you are "clicking on the X's" you need to order them built. There are small boxes on the ground with icons for the Ram and Siege Towers. There are 4 other boxes/outlines on the ground for you to select the actual siege engines. Click on and select the ones you want while the siege camp is being built. Are mercenaries worth it yet? As the title says, as given my massive success in using hired blades, crossbowmen sharpshooter and merc cavalry in OG mount and blade to farm renown etc, I'd like to do same again in bannerlord as come on those hired blades in OG nothing to sniff at.
