GTX1060 is the weakest GPU that can handle HL Alyx and on paper it has 2x more computation power than M1 GPU and it's just better in every aspect - more cores, shaders, memory, cache etc. I seriously doubt Alyx will run on M1. I honestly doubt oculus link will work at all as it has very specific and short list of supported GPUs.
